4 Home-made female workout routine

Do you crave to have those sexy body, or do you love to have that flat belly or nice looking figure that boys would always stare at?

Simply put you just want to look good as a female and get rid of those excessive body, the key is working out (a session of vigorous physical exercise or training).

Did you just say work out? but only guys work out!

No my dear, workout routines are not only for guys, most of our attractive female celebrities who are in their thirties yet looking twenty actually work out. there is a price to pay to have those fine posture and looks, you have got to work out. Many Nigerian ladies are actually not of the idea of keeping fit which leads to many gradually losing their once slim fit posture to being excessively chubby.

Without hitting the gym, here are some very  home made workout plans for you to do and you are going to be looking great in no time if you learn to stick to those plans and maneuver yourself around them.


1. Push up
Get down into a press-up position with all fours and place your hands on the floor, with back flat and legs close together.Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor and then push yourself back to the starting position ensure your elbows are wide apart. Ensure to breathe in and out while carrying out the routine else you might get tired if you try to hold your breathe.


2. Plank
Get in a press-up position with your weight resting on your forearms on the floor, your elbow should be 90 degree to your shoulder that is in straight line. Make sure your back is straight and tighten your abs ensure not to sag your hips and stay in that position for as long as you can



3. Crunch

Lie flat on your back with your knees raised at a 90-degree angle. Place your hands behind your head so your thumbs are behind your ears. Push your lower back into the floor as you lift your shoulders a few inches off the floor. Curl up and forward so that your head, neck, and shoulder blades lift off the floor. Tense your abs hard at the top point of the movement, try not lift too high and breathe in and out.



4. Step ups

Using a bench or step as your step up tool, climb with one foot, while standing chest high and keeping your weight balance, press one foot on the step till that leg is standing straight, while raising the other foot a step higher in the air, lower your body back the until your right foot reaches the floor. carry out the same movement repeatedly. also do the same to the opposite foot.
