Federal Government to sanction Doctors engaging in private practise

The Federal Government says it will soon commence the process of sanctioning doctors in public service who still engage in private practice.

This was made known by the Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole at the Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.

Adewole told the State House correspondents that residency for medical practitioners would be pegged at seven years.
