NPA confirms the arrival of 12 ships with petrol and other goods at Lagos ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has confirmed the arrival of 12 ships with petrol and other commodities in Lagos.

The NPA said that two of the ships contains aviation fuel, while others would berth with containers, ethanol and bulk fertilizer. Shipping Position explained that 35 ships are being expected to arrive at the Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports with aviation fuel, petroleum products, food items and other goods such as buck wheat, containers, base oil, bulk corn, cargoes, bulk fertilizer, frozen fish and steel products.

According to News Agency of Nigeria,  (NAN), 19 other ships are currently at the ports discharging container, general cargoes, buck wheat, aviation fuel, empty containers, soda ash yellow maize and petrol.
